They combine deep expertise in software engineering, data architecture and machine learning to turn complex business processes into intelligent, end-to-end solutions.

For their offices in Leverkusen, Cologne or Bangkok, they are currently looking for an AI & Data Solutions Sales Manager who can drive business growth by identifying, shaping and closing opportunities around AI, GenAI and data platform solutions.

Your Role

You drive the growth of the AI and data business by identifying new opportunities, engaging with enterprise clients and translating business challenges into scalable solutions. You act as the bridge between client needs and technical capabilities, ensuring successful deal closure and long-term partnerships.

You will:

  • Identify and develop opportunities around AI, GenAI and data platforms
  • Engage with enterprise customers and key stakeholders
  • Understand business challenges and translate them into solution approaches
  • Position AI, GenAI and data platform offerings
  • Lead proposals, RFPs and solution shaping processes
  • Collaborate closely with architects and delivery teams
  • Drive pipeline development and successfully close deals
  • Manage strategic accounts and build long-term partnerships

Your Environment

Projects focus on building scalable AI and data solutions across different industries, where business impact, performance and scalability are key. The team focuses on AI and GenAI solutions, data platforms and Data Lakehouse architectures, AI workflow and automation platforms, cloud and platform modernization initiatives as well as enterprise software and end-to-end solution offerings.

What you bring

  • Experience in AI, data or cloud solution sales
  • Strong understanding of AI, GenAI and data platforms
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales and stakeholder management
  • Solution-oriented and consultative selling approach
