For their offices in Leverkusen, Cologne or Bangkok, they are currently looking for an AI / GenAI Engineer who can build and implement advanced AI solutions, from LLM-based applications to intelligent automation workflows.

Your Role
You develop and implement AI and GenAI solutions that are ready for real-world use. From building LLM-powered applications to designing intelligent workflows, you turn concepts into scalable, high-performing systems.
You will:
- Develop AI and GenAI applications end-to-end
- Implement LLM-based workflows and AI agents
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and embedding systems
- Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes
- Work with APIs and modern AI frameworks
- Optimize model performance and system efficiency
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers and stakeholders
Your Environment
Projects focus on building scalable AI solutions across different industries, where performance, reliability and real-world usability are key. The team relies on modern AI ecosystems including LLMs, GenAI and agent-based systems, programming languages such as Python and relevant AI frameworks, vector databases, embeddings and RAG architectures, as well as APIs and integration into distributed system landscapes.
What you bring
- Strong experience with Python and modern AI frameworks
