For their office in Bangkok, with up to 20% home office, they are currently looking for an IT Project Manager who can manage and coordinate complex software projects from initial idea to successful go-live.

Your Role
You manage and coordinate complex software projects, keeping a clear overview of requirements, priorities and resources while orchestrating collaboration between development and business teams. You ensure that both technical and functional goals are achieved efficiently and on schedule, working independently while always being able to rely on the support of the team.
You will:
- Plan, manage and control agile development projects end-to-end
- Work closely with stakeholders across various business units
- Ensure transparent communication throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with developers and jointly prioritize upcoming tasks
- Actively shape the project culture and ways of working
- Identify risks early and find pragmatic solutions in dynamic environments
Your Environment
Projects span dynamic industries such as e-commerce, manufacturing, robotics and logistics, where scalable and well-thought-out software solutions are expected. The team relies on clear processes, modern communication and collaborative planning, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Slack alongside established agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
What you bring
- Proven experience in managing agile software projects
- Confident use of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with business units, development teams and stakeholders in complex and fast-paced environments
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with a keen sense for prioritization, resource planning and risk management
