Your Role

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you take full ownership of the sales cycle and play a key role in driving our growth. You build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and position our services as a solution to real business challenges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to deal closure
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships in the IT sector
  • Identify hiring needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements
  • Develop and expand key accounts
  • Drive business development and contribute to market positioning
  • Sell both recruitment services and our training/product offerings

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in recruitment, staffing, or IT services
  • Proven track record in closing deals and managing clients
  • Strong understanding of the IT market, especially software development is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English
