They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients while actively contributing to consulting and implementation projects as an expert and trusted advisor.

Your Role

You build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation strategies, while actively participating in consulting and implementation projects as an expert and advisor on both business and IT topics.

You will:

  • Lead proposal and sales activities end-to-end
  • Actively participate in consulting and implementation projects as an expert and advisor
  • Support insurance clients in identifying optimal IT solutions
  • Contribute to the development of product and go-to-market strategies
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge through networking, conferences and professional training

Your Environment

Projects focus on delivering innovative IT solutions for clients in the financial and insurance industry, covering areas such as policy management, claims processing and digital transformation. The team combines business consulting expertise with deep technical knowledge to guide international clients towards success.

What you bring

  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry with at least 8 years of experience in insurance companies, insurance-related consulting or software firms
  • Strong knowledge of technological challenges and potential solutions in the insurance sector, including experience with IT implementation projects
  • Ability to translate business challenges into IT designs and develop appropriate solutions
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in a consulting, services or software environment
  • Established network of contacts in the insurance market and strong lead generation capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to convert leads into closed deals
  • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
  • Hands-on experience with products from technology and solution partners
