Your Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you are one of the key drivers of our commercial success. You take full ownership of strategic accounts, lead complex deals, and act as a role model within the team. In addition to your individual billing responsibility, you contribute to the development of consultants and the overall growth of the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales and recruitment cycle at a senior level
- Build, manage, and expand strategic key accounts
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the IT space
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level consultants
- Contribute to internal processes, strategy, and market positioning
- Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed targets
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong billing track record
- Proven success in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals
- Deep understanding of the IT market
- Strong leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
