Your Role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you are one of the key drivers of our commercial success. You take full ownership of strategic accounts, lead complex deals, and act as a role model within the team. In addition to your individual billing responsibility, you contribute to the development of consultants and the overall growth of the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales and recruitment cycle at a senior level
  • Build, manage, and expand strategic key accounts
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the IT space
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level consultants
  • Contribute to internal processes, strategy, and market positioning
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed targets

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong billing track record
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals
  • Deep understanding of the IT market
  • Strong leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
