Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you support the full recruitment and sales cycle while developing your skills in business development and client management. You play a key role in connecting companies with the right talent and contribute to building long-term relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Identify and approach potential candidates in the IT market
- Support client acquisition and business development activities
- Understand hiring needs and help translate them into suitable candidate profiles
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and the recruiting team
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Contribute to the growth of existing and new accounts
Your Profile
- First experience in sales, recruitment, or a customer-facing role
- Strong interest in recruitment and the IT market
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people
- Structured and goal-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
